Flip The Table 4 Equity: Advocacy in Action

Flip The Table 4 Equity (FTT4E) is not just a story—it’s a movement, an ongoing commitment to advocacy in action. What started as my personal fight for justice has grown into a platform that disrupts systemic inequity and inspires others to reclaim their power. FTT4E remains a space where I will continue exploring and executing innovative, community-centered opportunities to dismantle inequitable systems.

Creating We Are The Ones (WATO) is just the beginning of my efforts to make Good Trouble—a tribute to the legacy of John Lewis—and to foster BYOT (Bring / Build Your Own Table) initiatives that center Black and Brown people in the solutions we need.

WATO is the first manifestation of this commitment, but it won’t be the last.

Uplifting marginalized people and communities isn’t new for me—it’s been my life’s work. From advocating for equity in workplaces to building pathways of opportunity in underserved communities, I’ve dedicated my career to creating change that matters. It’s also deeply personal.

Leading a family of Social Impact Entrepreneurs through our Daniels Family Incubator, we live and breathe the belief that change starts with us. Together, we are using our gifts and our voices to fuel transformative efforts that empower and uplift.

For me, this work is more than a calling—it’s my inheritance and my human mandate.

It’s about ensuring that the next generation of Black and Brown advocates and activists sees not just the barriers we’ve overcome but the tables we’ve built and the movements we’ve started.

FTT4E is my promise to continue this work and to amplify the voices and power of our people, one initiative, one table, one act of Good Trouble at a time.
